Interactive Learning: This 60-90 minute session is designed to be enlightening, and interactive.
You'll have the opportunity to explore your emotions, untangle knots, and gain practical tools for self-healing.
Next Steps:
Mark your calendar and join about 5–1o minutes early; I will start the presentation at the top of the hour.
For the session's interactive portion, please make sure you are hands-free. You will be writing (bring paper and a pen) and tapping.
Please bring a small problem or issue (nothing overwhelming or traumatic) you'd like to work on during the session.
