What is a "Calming Your Inner Storm Hour"
Who is it for?
I realized there was a large gap between my social media posts and my premium services which are a deep dive 30-day intensive where we focus on deconstructing grief and loss (all the unwanted changes in life) or trauma, so the client has a new lease on life.
People were falling through the cracks.
I decided to fix this.
On social media, I was getting many private questions about small issues that needed addressing but did not require a 30-day intensive.
Some of the issues were:
How do I make peace with a hurtful memory?
How do I let go of ______? (fill in the blank)
How do I know if what I am experiencing is normal?
I don’t like feeling this way, how can I shift it?
I created the "Calming Your Inner Storm Hour," a 60 - 90 minute live event via Zoom to address issues like these.
If you sign up for the event you will work on an issue that is bothering you.
I will show you how to break your problem into smaller pieces and we'll work on it together.
We will use everything you've heard me talk about on my lives, YouTube, or Facebook reels to lower the intensity and provide you with emotional relief.
My intention with this event is to set you up with skills to solve your inner storms moving forward.
The process I use during the event allows you to focus on and shift your “inner storm” without needing to publicly discuss or share your personal story with the group.
You will still get results!
Come ready to work on something small that is bothering you, something that needs a little boost to move past (not childhood traumas, etc.). A recent event or hurtful memory would be a good place to start.
Anyone who needs help with anything can and should attend!
